Musée Les Secrets du Chocolat

Located 10 minutes from downtown Strasbourg, the museum devoted to 'Chocolate and its secrets' tells how chocolate is made through videos and animations of leisure parks. Scenes animated by robots recreate the various stages of the history of cocoa, from Christopher Colombus down to the history written by Marchioness of Sévigné. The journey continues through the engine room where the visitors are shown how cocoa is turned into chocolate. Thematic activities and discovery workshops for children are also offered.
